Custom orders are usually negotiated via e-mail or phone. Photos of custom items are typically e-mailed to you for your approval prior to shipment.

Free gift wrapping is available for most items, including a gift enclosure card. Please e-mail Kristi@KristiLynGlass.com with your gift wrap request and enclosure message.

Any personal information you enter on this site, including your email address, is not transferred to any third party or used to send you spam. Any cookies that this site puts on your computer are only used to enhance your shopping experience, such as remembering what items were in your cart if you navigated away from this page and came back later to complete your order. Any data entered on the PayPal website is governed by PayPal's privacy policy. Google Analytics is used to gather impersonal data regarding traffic and use of this website.

Shipping

In-stock orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. You will be notified via e-mail of unexpected delays or expected ship dates for custom orders. All shipments are via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Priority or Express Mail is preferred, as these shipping methods provide package tracking services.

Orders are packaged securely to insure safe shipment to you. When shipping artwork that is under glass or contains glass components, non-breakage during shipment cannot be guaranteed. If such glass arrives broken, please replace it locally at your expense. Most artwork is framed in a manner that allows relatively easy glass replacement.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with any item for any reason, please contact Kristi Lyn Glass at Kristi@KristiLynGlass.com or (775) 738-3520. If she cannot resolve the problem, you may return the item at your expense in the condition in which it was received for a full refund of the product price less shipping and handling charges. Please pack the item well and ship it via a method that provides shipment tracking. No refunds will be given for items that are not received by either party if they were shipped via a method that does not provide shipment tracking. Send returns to:

Kristi Lyn Glass never receives any of your private credit card or payment details. You may pay for your KristiLynGlass.com purchases via PayPal with a major credit card, bank draft, or your PayPal account. You do not have to set up a PayPal account to pay via Paypal. Formerly part of Visa's PABP (Payment Applications Best Practices), PDG's PCI Certified shopping cart software has been tested against the PCI Data Security Standards PCI PA-DSS, the toughest and most stringent standards to date, to ensure the integrity of all cardholder data that is collected by, stored or transmitted by the software.

Using a PCI PA-DSS certified application helps to minimize the potential for security breaches leading to compromises of card holder data, and the damaging fraud resulting from these breaches. At this time, PDG Commerce is the only PCI PA-DSS certified shopping cart/storefront recommended on the PCI Council's website for new merchants interested in setting up their ecommerce presence.

Current mandates from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other major card brands require that all new merchants wishing to accept credit card payments utilize PA-DSS certified payment applications or have their ordering process/platform certified as PCI DSS compliant before they can be approved for a merchant account.
