This watercolor was created to llustrate the title poem for Thelma M. Homer's 2008 book, A Horse Called Poetry. The poem is scribed onto the body of the horse. The scene further depicts elements described in the poem. 5" x 7" white heavy note card paper has embossed border around artwork that has been reproduced on glossy photo paper.
